Theresa

25 years ago today God blessed us with the most wonderful daughter a set of parents could ask for. She is a beautiful person inside and out and has brought us much delight. I don't know of anyone with a kinder heart than Theresa. She is the one that can find good in anyone. She is the one who brings treats to work. She is the one who can see the sub-pains that pains bring and tries to compensate for them. She is the one who cares for people up when they are sick. And quietly goes to bed when she is. When asked about what she likes best about work it is the opportunity to do community service, which she does more than most.
She is adventurous. She has been to England 3 times all without her parents including one college semester. During that time she ventured out to other countries. Fortunately for us she didn't find a guy who would keep her there as we need her here. She is not without fear but has learned to take a deep breath and plow ahead.
Although she was never a star athlete (or athlete at all) she has learned to enjoy running (how is that possible), hiking, and most other outdoor activities. She loves the city and is very much at home in the country. She delighted in riding in the combine with her dad and is entranced at a Broadway show. She can sit for hours on end on the side of the mountain completely at peace with herself and God. Or tell a story with so much excitement I can barely listen that fast.
Happy Birthday my pretty girl!! I miss having you here.
