Glad it wasn't me

Last night as we were sitting in my office deciding where we were going to eat supper a lady we didn't know came in the door. Terry said oh no because he was afraid that someone was broke down or something and it was already 6:30. She told us that they had a problem with their car. Terry and Jeremy went out to help. It seems that they were headed to Denver but were thinking maybe they were on the wrong road so this lady's sister who was driving decided to call her husband to see if she was on the right road. At the same time she pulled in our driveway and tried to turn around when she misjudged the distance and drove right into the ditch. This would have been fine if she had started at the edge but she went right over in the middle of the driveway. She managed to high center her expedition on the ditch. So there she was with her back wheels in the air. It was a good thing we were still here. Terry and Jeremy just hooked up to our pick-up and pulled her out. The funny thing is she was on the wrong road. She told me that they go to Denver every 2 months to the dr. but her husband always drives so she wasn't sure how to get there. I was really wishing I had my digital camera or a camera phone. It would have made a great picture. As a person who messes up a lot it is always nice to see it be someone else.
